Transitional Shades for the Holidays

Halloween is officially over, but some of us aren’t quite ready to put up winter décor and paint our nails red and green. There’s still Thanksgiving after all! If you’re not sure what to paint your nails right now, we’re giving you some transitional shades for the holidays.

Rochelle is from our fall Rose Palette, but her berry undertones act as a perfect transition for the holidays. She can be described as a deepened maroon red cream.

Maggie is also from our Rose Palette, and can be described as a Persian red cream.

Jackie is from our fall Sunset Palette and is described as a brick red cream with orange undertones. The orange tone makes this red a classic transition for the holidays and perfect for around Thanksgiving.

This taupe purple is from our Naturel 4 collection and works as an effective transition for the cooler months. Adeline described as a deep fig taupe cream.

A cool pink can be gorgeous in the colder months. Evelyn is also from the Naturel 4 collection and is described as a soft cool-toned blush pink cream with smooth application.

Jem

If a metallic finish is more your thing, this jewel-toned shade is fitting for a holiday transition. Jem is described as a dark, red-toned purple with subtle gold and fuchsia flecks.

This PixieDust shade has the glitz of the holidays in a subtle gray tone. London is described as a fog gray with a sugared sparkle.

Transitioning to the holidays doesn’t have to be difficult. These color ideas are just suggestions, but feel free to wear whatever colors you like the best on you!
